Born and raised in Orange County, California, Brent attended the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he played baseball and developed strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Brent's extensive professional experience includes managing properties for RC Hobbs company and Century American, a building and land development company with a rich history spanning over 40 years. As the leader of the property management division under the ownership of Roger and Robert Hobbs, Brent's expertise helped the company thrive.

Brent founded C.O.N.C. Advantage, a Construction & Property Management Company that provides tailored solutions to homeowners and businesses. He has gained a reputation for conducting his business with authenticity and transparency, always putting his clients' interests first.

When Brent is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley and their four boys. His passion for his work is matched only by his love for his family, which fuels his drive to succeed in both his personal and professional life.
