Chad Concolino

Chad Concolino was born and raised in Orange County CA and attended the University of California Los Angeles, (UCLA). He played college baseball under legendary coach Gary Adams and was named the 2004 UCLA Baseball Team Co- Captain as well as being honored by college baseball with the NCAA Champs Award. For the past two decades Chad has accomplished great success selling & leasing luxury Real Estate internationally as well as in Laguna Beach with a passion to  people in their dream home.

Chad enjoys giving back to his hometown community and volunteers to coach kids at ROCK Institute in Newport Beach and has coached at Laguna Beach Highschool baseball, helping bring them a CIF Championship in 2018. Showcasing his tenacity & compassion, one of Chad’s greatest accomplishments was finishing a 50 mile Ultra Marathon in 12 hours, which raised over $65,000 for the Wounded Warrior Project.

Chad’s work ethic, dedication, and focus on client satisfaction ensures that with every transaction, it is a positive experience for all parties. In addition, he manages nearly 100 properties in Orange County including commercial offices, large residential apartment complexes, condominiums, and high end vacation homes.
